Chemical Recycling: Where We Began

Our chemical recycling plant is a giant leap in our mission to upcycle waste innovatively. Chemical recycling allows us to break down plastic waste into its original building blocks, thereby creating high-quality recycled pet chips. This has a great impact on the reduction of plastic waste, conserving resources, and minimizing our environmental footprint.

Building on this success, we are seeing our capacities soar even higher by advancing our technologies. This will help us handle yet more waste and thereby recycle yet more materials, ultimately meeting and assisting India’s growing sustainability targets. We will push the limits of what is possible in recycling and lead the rest of the industry by example

By 2025, JB rPET shall embrace all of the latest available technologies to further enhance our production lines and continue to respond to ever-increasing demand across various industries. We look forward to enhancing recycling processes to maximize material recovery and minimize waste sent to landfills. In turn, this allows us to enhance our efficiencies in the processing of more complex waste streams while producing quality recycled material to meet diverse requirements. We will prioritise enhancing production capacity while maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Our operations are now being guided towards adopting sustainable practices that would help reduce our carbon footprint while maximizing positive impact. This will be done by setting measurable goals for material recovery, emission reductions, and energy efficiency, all towards tangible progress. Beyond operations, we aim to inspire eco-conscious practices as a norm.

Our team is our greatest asset. We are investing in talent development this year to ensure that we are ready for the opportunities and challenges of the future. We also aspire to expand our reach globally. Building partnerships across international markets with strong supply chains will position us as a trusted leader in the recycling industry.
